I had an awesome stay. The venue was sensational, I loved the stay and the location was amazing close to Adaa the Mughlai restaurant. Absolutely lovely and good staff, everyone were more than helpful. The view from my palace double room was particularly good. The breakfast had lots of tasteful options, and was delicious and wonderful. The free parking was on site, exceptional service.

The charming and picturesque horse chariot ride from the main gate to the palace complex added a touch of elegance to our stay. We were warmly welcomed by Mr Chauhan and his team, who greeted us with refreshing drinks. The ex bodyguard of the Nizam was an excellent guide, taking us on a fascinating tour of the palace, sharing captivating stories about its history and the Nizam. Dining at Adaa was a delightful experience from start to finish, with impeccable service and a mouthwatering menu.

Some hotel events and tours were missed due to our busy schedule with friends.

Breakfast outside under the cupola. Restaurants, although only two, were excellent. Food presentation and taste also excellent. Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Room was very comfortable even with an extra bed.

Location, although spectacular, is far from tourist sites. Some staff were hard to understand.

The reception was the highlight of the experience. The friendly staff. The tasty gourmet meals. The pampering in the rooms.

Our room was next to the restaurants toilets, it was noisy especially at night.

The hotel is set on a scenic hilltop with sprawling 32 acres of beautiful greenery. The hotel facilities are top-notch, including a massive pool, 3 amazing restaurants and Golf club area. Adaa, the Mughlai restaurant served the best Dal Makhani I have ever tasted. The staff are helpful and attentive at all times.

Luxurious stay with exceptional service. The staff greeted me by name and went out of their way to make me feel like royalty. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The palace tour was interesting and the food at the restaurants was sublime. I highly recommend this hotel.
